Service so honest, expert, and dependable, that is is worth me driving 45 minutes to have my vehicles serviced at Precision. Could not recommend the team at Precision more... It is a family business committed to the highest standards for vehicle care and customer service. On my latest visit, the car required brake service. The pros at Precision keep meticulous records and discovered no record of brake fluid service. They checked and showed that the brake fluid was clearly at the end of its service life! The point is this is not an In-N-Out operation? They know what they're doing and they care to do it well. Moved recently to Oswego and my daughter's A/C stopped working. Looked online this place had great reviews. Did not disappoint. Made appointment, service was excellent, quotes detailed and accurate. Replaced A/C compressor, serviced system and got back car same day. A/C works great.

We have been loyal customers of a couple of other very good local mechanics for years, but when we needed emergency car repairs and our go-tos were booked, we chose Precision as another nearby option. We could not have been in better hands. The assessment was thorough and honest, the work was completed on a tight schedule, and the price was very fair. Noe (owner) promptly called me after I left a message on their website. He accommodated the date and time I was able to drop our van off. I had what I thought was a bad water pump on my truck, and tried calling several places before stumbling upon Precision. Best stumble I've ever made. They were able to get me in right away, and after telling Noe that I thought the water pump was shot he called me back about an hour later and told me it was just air conditioner condensation. He also checked out several other issues for me at no additional charge. Noe didn't make much money off of me today, but he definitely gained a new customer. Highly recommend.

The team did an exhaustive scan of my SUV before I drove it across the country. They gave me a report with pictures and explanations, which were broken down into - critical address - good to fix - keep an eye on it They jumped on a call to walk through the report and answer any of my questions.
